It was hot today and very hot. I spent the morning in the gym, and the afternoon on the bike with Sean taking pictures. I took this shot of 4 girls treading water in 45C water. They were at it for at least 15 mins talking just like young girls giggling away. The funny thing was I had just finished talking to Tim and he was sadden that he was no longer his little girls buddy. I told him that it wasn't him but no teenage girl wants to hang and bang with the old man.
The med change day 2 and a little better.
